A: Malaysia

3: Which Martial Art/s do you do?

A: Taekwondo

4: How long have you trained and what belt / rank are you now?

A: 15 years, in national TKD team since 2001. Black Belt 3rd Dan.

5: Why did you start?

A: Started for fun and interest.

6: Do you prefer to use your hands, feet or other body part to strike?

A: Mostly my feet, then hands

7: Favorite technique?

A: Face jet kick, right on their face!! normally when you hit right on their nose, thats really painful, it will lead to     bruises and the best will lead to a K.O for the match. This may sound weird but I would say I enjoy it when     applying this technique.

8: In your own opinion, what is your most dangerous weapon?

A:The whole of me is dangerous. I'll bite! Keep your distance!!

9: Have you ever had to use your art in self defence?

A: So far, I am lucky that I have never had a chance to use it.. but by learning martial art, one should be calm when a     situation develops. If it is really unavoidable....fight, strictly ONLY self defence.

10: List any titles or competitions you have won.

A: 2001,2005,2007,2009 South East Asian Games - Gold Medal

     2003 South East Asian Games -Silver

     2006 Commonwelth Taekwondo Championship - Silver

     Korea Open - Gold

     Hong Kong City Gold Cup - Gold

     2007 World Universiade Games - Silver

     Asian Taekwondo Championship - Silver

     Asian Qualifying Tournament to Beijing Olympic Games - Gold

     2008 Olympic Games - 7th place
